Designing an interior that’s focused on
THE DRIVE
When designing a new interpretation of such a classic vehicle type, I chose to focus on the drive to and from a weekend getaway for a couple in Palm Springs, CA. They have limited time. The mission is clear… get there as fast as possible.
This is the interior that will get them there quickly, comfortably, and in style.

My second focus was to celebrate this pilot / co-pilot interaction. What information and tasks could the co-pilot manage to allow the driver to remain focused on THE DRIVE?
From an aesthetic standpoint, I created menus and that felt classic and warm, but progressive at the same time. you would swipe through the menu on the main screen like thumbing through the mages of a newspaper. The main driver dial has a watch bezel ring surrounded by moving digital information.
